soulchat.fun provides AI-powered character chat experiences through Discord. Characters are fictional and generated by large language models. All conversations are simulated and should not be considered advice from real people.

2. Subscription & Billing

New users receive a 2-day free trial. After the trial, the service costs $19.99 USD per month. Billing is handled by Creem, our Merchant of Record. You can cancel anytime through your Creem account or by contacting support.

3. Content Policy

• You must be 18 years or older to use this service
• Do not use the service for illegal activities
• Do not attempt to extract harmful, violent, or sexually explicit content from characters
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating these rules

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months. If you experience technical issues preventing access, contact zennos0609@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge.

5. Disclaimer

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected. We are not responsible for the content generated by AI characters. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
